The Membership Application & waiver are required with $40 to be a member.  A $2.00 convenience fee is added to online payments to defray the cost of online payments.  The PSA Interclub Contest Permission Form is also required ONLY IF you want to compete in the PSA inter-club photo contests.  This permission form is so the PSA can use your photos in their magazine and website publications.  All three forms will need to be printed out and signed and returned to SpartanPhotoGuild.org be email or regular mail.
